Managing the Email Marketing Implementation Project in Retail

Topic: Managing the Email Marketing Implementation Project in Retail. Final qualification work consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of references, applications. The introduction justifies the relevance of the chosen topic, sets the goal and objectives of the study. In the first chapter, «Theoretical approaches to project management implementation of email marketing» The theoretical approaches to understanding are analyzed: project management, key competencies and stages, email marketing and measuring its effectiveness, the retail store market and the distinguishing features of companies, as well as approaches to introducing changes in the company. The second chapter «Development of a project for the implementation of email marketing in retail» describes: research methods, expert interviews and a typical project for the implementation of email marketing in retail. In the third chapter, «Project Management for the Implementation of Email Marketing in Retail,» an experiment on the introduction of email marketing in retail is analyzed and conclusions are drawn regarding the efficiency of using a standard project that was developed in the course of this study. In conclusion, the main findings of the study are presented. The total amount of work is 55 pages.
