Analysis and Management of the Development Factors of a Motor Transport Enterprise

As part of the final qualification work, an analysis of the factors of influence on the development of motor transport enterprises was carried out. Key factors of influence and methods of managing these factors were identified. In the process of the study, practical measures were developed to manage the influence of influence factors. On the example of Monopoly LLC, an alternative model for the operation of a motor transport enterprise in the current economic rules and laws that generate the development factors of ATP is proposed.
