The Impact of Signing International Trade Agreements on International Supply Chains

Annotation The first chapter examines the theoretical aspects of international trade and the international supply chain. The second chapter discusses the basic principles of the GATT, the WTO, and the main regional free trade zones, including the EU, CIS, ASEAN, NAFTA. The third chapter discusses the cooperation between the “One Belt One Way” initiative and the EAEU, using empirical data. We mainly analyzed China's trade with Russia and Belarus in agricultural products, crude oil and examined the localization of Chinese household electrical equipment and the automotive industry in the EAEU countries. The prospects for cooperation between the One Belt One Way Initiative and ASEAN and China - Japan and South Korea Free Trade Zone are also being discussed. The fourth chapter discusses today's key challenges in developing a trade agreement and the impact on the supply chain. The fifth chapter discusses possible solutions.
