Improvement of Food Court Efficiency in the Shopping Centers in Terms of MEGA Nizhny Novgorod

The relevance of the topic for the final qualification work is determined by the key role that food services play in the modern world, and the importance of the providing a high quality and an attractive offer for the consumers. Shopping centers need to have strong competitive advantages in order to constantly increase their performance in sales and traffic. This work concentrates on the development of methods to increase the efficiency of the food court through the example of MEGA Nizhny Novgorod. The first chapter focuses on the global and local trends review in the restaurant business and the current analysis of MEGA Nizhny Novgorod food court. The second chapter defines the way for the future development depending on the consumers behavior, market trends and leasable area. The same chapter evaluates the current working methods with tenants and formulates the ways of improvement the work efficiency with the focus on traffic increase and sales growth. The third chapter is aimed at elaborating mid-term and long-term development scenarios of the food court. The significance of this work lies in the development of practical methods of the food court efficiency improvements and establishment of recommendations for the further development of MEGA Nizhny Novgorod food court.
