Currently, information technologies have a significant place in the organization of health care. Recently, a lot of medical information systems have appeared on the market. So it needs to develop effective and user-friendly interfaces. To successfully create these systems, it is necessary to pay attention to usability not only in design process, but also in already implemented systems. This will help create an effective tool for doctors to work. Conducting usability researches in the field of healthcare is an important part of medical technology in general. As part of the work, the market of medical information systems was studied, the problems that medical workers encounter while working in systems were identified, recommendations for improving the user experience were proposed.
