AB tests are important part of the development of modern IT projects in terms of data-driven culture. In this work technical requirements are formulated for building a platform for AB testing in companies with a Big data. A part is devoted to mathematical methods for conducting AB tests using both the classical approach (statistical tests) and modern experimental methodologies: sequential sampling, bootstap, CUPED, ML-algorithms. With the analysis of the experience of the largest worldwide companies (Uber, AirBnb, Avito, Yandex), the UX / UI requirements necessary for the development and further scaling of the system were developed. The results of this work formed the basis for the industrial implementation of the platform, which led to a significant reduction in time for conducting and analyzing tests.
