In the thesis through the prism of the balance of private, societal and public interests, issues associated with the use of copyright objects on the Internet are identified and analyzed, and solutions to these problems are proposed. In addition, approaches that reveal the concepts of private, societal and public interests in copyright, as well as the balance of interests are explored. An economic analysis of copyright is presented to identify methods of maintaining the balance of interests. The ways of maintaining the balance of private, societal and public interests in copyright are defined and analyzed. The effects of copyright abuse and digital piracy on the balance of private, societal and public interests in copyright, on the economy and society as a whole are investigated and the results are presented. The most effective ways to solve current copyright problems are proposed through theoretical justification and description of the results of practical application.
