Analysis of Complex Corporate Communication Networks in Organizational Development Tasks

This paper analyzes the communication of employees of company N by corporate mail for changes in their behavior before dismissal, and also analyzes the nature of corporate correspondence of Enron company in terms of the impact of the formality of the message on the speed of response to it. The research methods are data processing and analysis using queries and macros with MS Access, as well as the use of machine learning methods for classifying mail messages. In the first part of the work, we review the current state of research in the field of management in organizations, and then analyze the information flows of several companies. The final part presents the results of the analysis in the form of major changes in work correspondence activity, which can determine the employee's intention to leave the company, as well as the impact of the nature of the correspondence on the effectiveness of solving tasks at work.
