Agricultural land is a strategic resource for the development of the state. With effective use of land plots, it is possible to significantly improve economic indicators. The quality of land use can be investigated by conducting high-quality land supervision, so the question of optimal implementation of supervision is relevant and needs to be constantly updated. To date, there are still unused land plots on the territory of the Perm Krai. In addition, according to Rosreestr data, the qualitative state of the land layer is not analyzed in relation to the agricultural land used, although the need for land improvement is recognized at the international level. To solve this problem, a methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of use and a procedure for interaction between the government level and the municipal level bodies to improve the quality of land supervision in relation to land has been developed. The developed recommendations can contribute to improving the efficiency of Perm Krai land use in agriculture.
