Actual Problems of Personal Data of Employees and Big Data Processed by the Company

In the era of globalization, the phenomenon of information is becoming more and more valuable, which acts as a link in a variety of relationships that are developing in society. One of the most significant aspects is the issue of establishing and maintaining personal data in the process of information exchange. This research is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the legal category of personal data and Big Data in the context of modernity. In the course of the work, the author identifies theoretical and practical problems regarding the law enforcement of the Institute of personal data and Big Data and suggests ways to solve them, in particular, to improve the legal definition of personal data, to determine more precisely the legal status of some of their categories, to provide special legal regulation for the technology of Big data, and also points out some controversial practical issues of working with personal data of employees.
