Increasing the Efficiency of the Production of the Tradig Holding Using Simulation Modeling

The purpose of the final qualification work is to develop a simulation model of the future furniture factory in order to identify possible problems and make suggestions and recommendations to minimize costs and increase production efficiency. In the framework of this goal, the following tasks were solved: The theoretical aspects of modern production activities are given; • ERP systems, domestic and world market, trends; • The theoretical aspects of economic and mathematical modeling, in particular imitation; • An analysis of the activities of a trading holding; • The organizational structure is described; • The analysis of the five forces of Porter; • Functioning IS are provided; • Reviewed the company's production activities; • The organizational structure of the future furniture factory; • Workshops, production areas, production employees, areas, types of furniture are described; • A comparison of simulation tools and the choice is explained; • A simulation model of the production activities of a trading holding was developed and described; • Results were summarized, problems were identified in future production; • Recommendations have been developed to address potential future problems; The object of the study is the production activities of a trading holding. The subject of the study is the development of a simulation model of the production activities of a trading holding.
