Advantages that Agile and self-organizing teams offer show that they are an important tool for company’s development in the modern world. This tool is versatile, adaptive and shows it’s flexibility regarding problems of modern conceptions of business and management, ability to be useful in the fast changing environment of modern economy which is based in knowledge. This way it’s is imperative to acknowledge all problems which can stand in company’s way to Agile transformation, so that help may be provided to simplify that process.
