An Empirical Study of Cross-Country Clustering Factors

The reason for the increased attention to industrial clusters as an economic model in the scientific community and in government structures - Real examples of successful clusters and their advantages over the industrial way of production. Despite the advances in cluster research, its model remains a complex one and something that it is hard to reproduce in a real economic environment. The paper highlights typologies of clusters, models of determinant factors and its characteristics by doing a survey of the cluster literature. The purpose of this paper is to determine the dependencies of the generalized national level of development of network structures on various intercountry factors. In this paper, the object of study is the clustering of territories, the subject of study is the clustering factors Data for analysis was taken from The Global Competitiveness Report 2019. The data frame consists of 141 countries analyzed by key indicators. Based on the goal the method of econometric modeling has been chosen. We built a significant econometric model which study the impact of various external market factors on the rate of clustering.
