Деятельность Уполнoмоченного дополняет существующие средства защиты прав и законных интересов субъектов предпринимательской деятельности, не отменяет и не влечет пересмотра компетенции государственных органов. Целью этой работы является изучение правового статуса уполномоченного при Президенте Российской Федерации по защите прав предпринимателей. В работе будут исследоваться состояние института на сегодняшний день, перспективы развития на будущее. В первой главе исследуется история возникновения бизнес-омбудсмена и дается характеристика его полномочиям. Во второй главе выносятся положения на защиту и дается характеристика Уполномоченного в субъектах Российской Федерации, а также анализируется практика арбитражных судов.
