Alternative dispute resolution is a legal alternative to state judicial procedures aimed at reaching an agreement that satisfies both parties to the dispute. Electronic dispute resolution - alternative dispute resolution methods using Internet technologies. Electronic forms for dispute resolution – electronic forms for collecting data about the dispute and its participants in sufficient volume to conduct a certain dispute resolution procedure through the technological capabilities of the Internet. The relevance of studying the technology of "Electronic forms of dispute settlement" is explained by the fact that with the development of the world economy and the complexity of human life processes, more and more conflicts and disputes arise, which nevertheless require the fastest, simplest and most effective solution. The problem of developing effective methods of conflict resolution is becoming more and more urgent. If we talk about electronic forms of dispute resolution, the technology is still not studied and new, but still continues to develop. Although it has a number of advantages that will allow you to review many processes and structures, the approach to which can be changed due to the competent implementation and application of electronic dispute resolution in the legal activities of organizations. At the moment, dispute resolution technologies do not attract the proper attention of Russian legislation and their use is rare, where it is currently used, but nevertheless, there are enough new cases and examples of the use of these technologies. The purpose of this work is to conduct a comprehensive study of the possibilities of using the Internet to resolve civil disputes. Tasks: * analyze the types of dispute settlement procedures; * study the prerequisites for the development of technologies for dispute resolution; * identify the legal limits of the use of "Electronic forms" technologies»; * study the experience of implementing and applying electronic technologies for alternative dispute resolution methods; * identify prospects for further development and implementation of electronic forms for dispute resolution.
