The Connection Between the Degree of Parenting Consciousness and the Level of Parent's Concentration on a Child

This graduate qualification work focuses on the relation between the parental awareness and the level of concentration of the parent on the child. The aim of the present study was to determine whether there is a relationship between the degree of parenting awareness characteristic of conscious parenthood and the degree of concentration of a parent on a child, as well as to increase parental awareness among parents of pre-school and junior high school children. The system of categories for the use of a transgenerational approach in the therapy of child-parenting relationships, as well as the training "Effective Parenthood through Self-Cognition" was developed within the framework of this study. The data obtained can be used in the practical work of psychologists, psychologists-advisers, and the training can be used in group work to help clients in understanding their parenting role.
