The purpose of this work was to analyze the current state of the housing and utilities sector in St. Petersburg and in the Russian Federation as a whole. Identify the main, systemic problems of the industry in the Russian Federation and in St. Petersburg, as well as analyze Federal laws, regulations and suggest ways to solve these problems.
