Improvement of the Inventory Management System

The present research describes a proposed study that will be devoted to inventory management system. Today due to competitiveness and quick response to customer requests it is necessary for organizations to choose effective and the most suitable inventory management system. This paper examines the existing inventory management system of the company “PNPPK”. Only the logistics department will be analyzed among other numerous purchasing departments of the company. The inventories will be classified with the help of the ABC XYZ analyses. As a result, a more efficient inventory management system will be formulated and proposed.
