Mechanisms of State Support of Entrepreneurship in Russia and Abroad: a Comparative Analysis

This paper presents current practice analysis of Russia and Japan the on implementing measures of state support for the development of entrepreneurship. The study purpose is to study entrepreneurship state support mechanisms practice in Russia and Japan and to identify areas for improving Russia`s entrepreneurs support in based on foreign experience. We analyzed the financial, administrative, educational and legal aspects of state support for enterprises. Particular attention was paid to the analysis of the state support implementation measures seek for modern small and medium-sized businesses development and economic activities enterprises in Russia and Japan. Based on a comparative analysis, directions we proposed for optimizing programs and mechanisms of state support for entrepreneurship in Russia. The results are could be useful for improving on countrywide entrepreneurship development and stimulating the small and medium-sized businesses growth.
