Implementation of Address Storage System in the Warehouse

The present is devoted to the urgent topic of logistics management - the system of targeted storage in a warehouse. In order to effectively manage stocks at a company, as well as timely and to the right extent to provide materials for production, it is necessary to have a modern warehouse and clearly streamlined processes in a company. In the course of this work, an analysis was made of the existing inventory management system at PNPPK PJSC, classification of inventories in the third warehouse was carried out using ABC XYZ analysis, examples of the implementation of the address storage system in other organizations were examined. As a result, recommendations for implementing the system were highlighted targeted storage in the third warehouse in the company.
