Today, the creation of creative teams as part of work on business tasks has become quite common. Different brands and companies are starting to attract designers and other creative personalities. Numerous studies in the field of creative team management confirm the global scientific interests in the field of creativity. We cannot say that the sphere of management in the field of creativity is well studied in Russia. The main goal of the research is to study approaches to managing creative teams, as well as to a list of recommendations for working with creative groups for the marketing agency “date:” Considering the organizational culture of the organization. Based on the research results, recommendations were formulated for managing creative teams, as well as for evaluating specialists.
