The study of procedures for state registration of legal entities in the system of administrative process in the Russian Federation is extremely important today. The question of the effectiveness of administrative procedures for state registration of legal entities necessitates a scientific study of the concept of administrative process, as well as the relationship of the administrative process with administrative proceedings and procedure. In the science of administrative law, the question of the relationship between the categories "process", "procedure" and "production" is debatable. The difference in doctrinal approaches to the content and relationship of the administrative process, administrative proceedings and administrative procedure determines the relevance and theoretical significance of the topic under study.
