This paper offers a study of the poorly studied type of business - video production. Every year hundreds of new video production companies appear in Russia . However, most of them stop functioning in their first year of operation. This study offers a video production project model based on the Osterwalder-Pigneur concept, indicating the main elements of business: consumer segments, value propositions, sales channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partners, cost structure. The research also includes the financial model of the organization with the forecast of incomes and expenses for the first 5 years of activity, with an estimation of investment efficiency. It is expected that the use of this model will lead to the company's success in the market and stable income.
