The history of Soviet education often comes to the attention of scientists. However, the study of secondary vocational education is not considered as thoroughly as, for example, school education. It is no less interesting to study the process of its formation, which contains many important stages. Among them, the formation of schools of the Factory apprenticeship and its division into institutions of the Factory training and vocation schools and their further participation in the military and post-war mobilization. It is against the background of industrial mobilization, through the study of the protocols of party meetings, that we can observe the images of the Soviet student and worker, as well as consider the features of the transformation of a student of a secondary vocational educational institution into a worker of an industrial enterprise.
