Accessible affordable computer technologies are widely spread all over the world. Once being accessible only by army and scientists, now computers are involved in solving ordinary problems of average people. Nowadays the amount of almost any routine work doing by people can be decreased with the help of the automation technologies. Organizers of International Data Analysis Olympiad faced such routine work. The aim of the event is to hunt talented persons to enter the Higher School of Economics. The organizers spent hundreds of hours aggregating participants data and sending personal messages to every participant. This paper proposes a system consists of Web-application and RESTful-service which purpose is to help organizers of International Data Analysis Olympiad to easily store and analyze data of participants and to communicate with them.
