Maxim Osipov Designing a System for Automating the Processing of Requests from Users of the Banking System. 47 pages, 24 sources, 1 appendix. The object of this research is the process of automating the processing of user requests. The subject of the research is the tools for analyzing and processing text in natural language. The goal is to reduce the amount of time that feedback specialists spend processing requests by automatically classifying standard requests and assigning them predefined responses. The purpose of the work is to present a prototype of a system for automating the processing of requests from users of the banking system.
