Improving the Competitiveness of Hotel Companies in Modern Market Conditions on the Example of «Kulibin Park-Hotel & Spa»

This work is devoted to the development of recommendations for improving the competitiveness of hotel enterprises in modern market conditions on the example of «Kulibin» Park-Hotel & Spa. Competitiveness is a mandatory criterion for effective development of the hotel services market in modern conditions of globalization of business processes and increased competition. The relevance of the research topic is related to the fact that hotel companies, achieving success in competition, ensure the interests of society. Meeting the needs of people and improving the socio-economic situation of the country as a whole, contributes to the effective organization of competitive hotel enterprises. The use of innovative development tools can increase the efficiency of activities, improve the quality of services provided and thereby increase the demand for hotel services. The practical significance of the work lies in the fact that the management of the hotel enterprise in the future can apply the measures developed during the research in practice. In the first Chapter, the theoretical and methodological foundations of the competitiveness of hotel enterprises were studied, and modern ways to improve the competitiveness of hotel enterprises were considered. In the second Chapter of the master's thesis, the analysis of the hotel services market in Nizhny Novgorod and the analysis of the competitiveness of the hotel enterprise «Kulibin» Park-Hotel & Spa in a competitive environment. In the third Chapter, using the example of international experience, the trends in the development of the hotel services market were identified. Taking into account the information received during the research, measures were developed to improve the level of competitiveness in «Kulibin» Park-Hotel & Spa and their effectiveness was evaluated.
