Institute of Pre-contractual Liability in Russian Civil Law

The author of this research is Valentina Sitnikova. The research topic is the Institute of pre-contractual liability in Russian civil law. This work consists of an introduction, three chapters divided into paragraphs, a conclusion,and a bibliography. In the first Chapter, the author studies the history of the formation and development of the institution of pre-contractual liability, in the second Chapter, the legal nature of pre-contractual liability and the legal regulation of negotiations as part of the pre-contractual process are considered. The third Chapter deals with problematic issues in the practice of applying the Institute of pre-contractual liability. The main conclusions and suggestions formulated in the study can be useful for practicing lawyers when participating in pre-contractual liability proceedings, as well as used in educational and pedagogical activities.
