Basic Values of a Local Community Manager

The very important problem of professional choice in the sphere of territorial public self-government is analyzed in this research. The purpose of work is to find out basic values of local community’s manager. The purpose of research was reached. As a result of the analysis, the correspondence of values to the functional and skills was found. It shows us how values determine the manager in his work (at the local community) and also how the activity reveals an employee with the necessary values.
