Project Portfolio Management of Russian Oilfield Services Companies

This study describes options for creating a project portfolio based on the example of Russian oilfield services companies, as well as developing a model for managing a project portfolio that takes into account the specifics of the industry. The resulting model can be used by the management of oilfield services companies in Russia both at the investment project level to forecast future cash flows of the project and at the portfolio level to make decisions about the composition of the portfolio.
