Incentive Means for Town Socio-economic Development Using the Potential of Rural Areas

The necessity of planning the socio-economic development of towns and rural areas in conjunction, because of their historical interrelation in the Russian settlement system, was proved in the master's dissertation on «Incentive Means for Town Socio-economic Development Using the Potential of Rural Areas». As a result, the potential for collaborative development of towns and rural settlements has been detected. Then, on their basis, incentive means for town socio-economic development using the potential of rural areas were created to realize their combined economic, historical and cultural, recreational, tourist and management potential.
