Procedural Timelines in Civil Proceedings

The goal of the work is a comprehensive study of the theoretical and legal foundations of the institution of procedural timelines in civil proceedings, their diversity, value and practical application in civil proceedings. In this work, the concept of procedural timelines was analyzed, the types and significance of timelines in civil proceedings, the procedure for calculation and expiration of them were determined, the procedure for restoring and extending procedural timelines was examined, and the consequences of missing the timeline were determined. A legal category such as a reasonable period was also considered and problems that arise during the calculation and expiration of procedural periods were identified.
