Personal Data in the System of Information with Limited Access

Master's thesis The name: “Personal Data in the System of Information with Limited Access”. The author of hereby research represents an analysis of the place of personal data in the system of Information with Limited Access, an analysis of personal data definition in some countries of the West has been given, the issue of qualified personal data as an Object of Civil-Law Rights is considered. Hereby research consists of an introduction, main part, presented in two chapters, conclusion and bibliography. The introduction presents the relevance of the topic; The purpose and objectives of the research; The object, the subject and the methodology of the research. The first chapter describes the beginning of “Information Society”; The definition of personal data is considered; The possibility of perception of the personal data as an Information with Limited Access is considered. The second chapter describes legal nature of Consent to Personal Data Processing, the possibility of circulability of personal data in civil commerce is considered; The possibility of perception of the personal data as an Object of Civil-Law Rights is considered. In the conclusion, it is provided a list of conclusions made by the author during the study, as well as some comments of author about hereby research.
