In the framework of this research, the main attention is paid to the sharing economy and shared mobility. The main goal of the work is to identify the impact of sharing on customer satisfaction with their urban mobility. To update the topic studied, foreign and domestic sources of secondary information were analyzed, which also allowed to form a theoretical basis. The second stage of the work consisted in the analysis of 220 responses on the survey, which was conducted among millennials and centennials. The main categories of shared mobility were carsharing and bike-sharing. As a result of the regression analysis, key regressors were identified for each of the dependent variables. The analysis showed that the utilitarian, or pragmatic, values of shared mobility are the most significant. In order to develop the research field of this topic in Russian realities, recommendations were made. Recommendations were also made for representatives of shared mobility.
