Nowadays, logistics plays an important role for companies' business the development. Those enterprises that use modern logistics technologies, including supply management, interactive communication with suppliers, and automated internal processes, gain additional competitive advantages in the market. Studying the issues of improving the efficiency of supply management in construction companies is an urgent problem. In the construction industry, deficiencies in the organization of logistics process management lead to downtime at construction sites because of supply disruptions. This fact, in turn, can not only lead to significant financial costs, but also disrupt the technology of construction processes. The purpose of this work is to develop a set of measures to improve the efficiency of supply management in a construction company based on the example of LLC "ST-Stroy". To achieve this goal, methods for improving supply efficiency in the context of the specifics of the construction business were considered and the most relevant of them were identified: value management solutions, ERP systems for planning and inventory management, cloud SaaS services, supplier management, electronic document management, Vendor-Managed Inventory systems and portals based on e-procurement. Based on the results of the analysis of the procurement management arrangement in the company, existing problems were identified, and in order to resolve which the company was proposed to implement a system of electronic data interchange and supplier relationship management. Among the existing software offerings in the market, "Cynteka.Configuration" based on SaaS cloud technologies was chosen as the most relevant. The cost assessment and the economic efficiency analysis of implementation in the company showed that the service use is economically feasible.
