The purpose of this work is to create an information and analytical system for the head of the University. As part of the research, the Python programming language libraries are used to perform an exploratory analysis of the data and form a general view of the available data. In addition, as a result of cluster analysis, it formed and described the groups of employees. Statistical hypotheses are tested, and a linear regression model is constructed to understand the relationship between the available data. As a result, it formed a web application using the modern Django framework, which allows you to work with the existing data in the system and enter the new information. The amount of work is 61 pages. It contains 30 illustrations and 7 tables. It used 20 sources, including 5 sourses in English language.
