One of the main reasons for the inefficient functioning of small and medium-sized businesses, low rates of scientific and technological progress, difficulties in implementing the market mechanism of management and reducing competitiveness are organizational structures based on centralization, multi-stage hierarchy, the invariability of management methods. Therefore, the problem of restructuring of organizational structures of management of companies and identification of the impact of the organizational structure of management on the competitiveness of the company is relevant.
