Algorithms to Highlight User Roles in Social Networks

The diffusion of information in social networks occupies an important place in the overall system of transmitting news and opinions. Users who participate in this process can act as an aggregator, repeater, or source of information. At the same time, a social network can be represented as a graph with users as its vertices and friendship relationships as its edges. The paper investigates the dependence between the values of node measures and the user's role in information exchange.
