This research paper presents an analysis of the discourse of the architectural community of Leningrad, the main areas of discussion about planned construction, and in this study, ours are the minutes of meetings of the board, the presidium of the board, the art council and the creative sectors of LOSA, verbatim records of creative meetings, as well as reports on research activities of members of the organization, dissertations, abstracts and projects. The aim of the study is to study the formation of a particular architectural discourse in professional discussions of the new housing policy in Leningrad and the new course on typical design in the architectural community of the Leningrad branch of the Union of Architects.
