Young Companies’ Operational Strategies in the Russian Information Technology Sector

The market economic nature is a source of different economics activities based on economic transactions providing different result which can be beneficial or not towards a business. Companies take the necessary actions to coerce risks and consider benefits that may arise in a broad context, but which are sometimes without effect towards the problems that lie ahead. companies sometimes suffer large losses which can be a threat to the development process of business because of the non-stability of the economic market nowadays. These actions are perceived as strategies require specifics approaches to help the companies to develop well. Understand each strategy in the company operations development guarantee loss risk reduction and rationalize profits in an established economic process. And operational strategies focus specifically on this kind of context in a business process that refers to a specific period. This research seeks to understand the context referring to the success of young companies operating in the Russian market and specifically in the information and technology sector using operational strategies. Therefore, the data collection was based on questionnaires addressed to companies and interviews conducted with companies managers concerning the benefit of operational strategies in the information technology in Russia.
