The Process Approach to Management Franchise Development Projects

This research paper is devoted to considering the creation of a franchise network from the point of view of the project and its management based on the process approach. The aim of this work is to develop recommendations for implementing a franchise network development project using a process approach. The object of this work is the school of programming and digital creativity “X”, the subject is the approach to managing a franchise launch project in the field of educational services for children. In the process of performing the work, franchisees were tested and sites of existing franchise systems were studied on the ground. Based on ePC technologies, using ARIS programs, standard process templates were created for the franchise launch project and later adapted for company “X”. In addition to the research results, developed process models and existing activities, companies were provided with a franchise package structure and recommendations for launching franchising.
