Strategy Development for the Furniture Company Millennium to Enter the Public Procurement Market

The thesis is devoted to the development of a strategy for a small enterprise to enter the Russian public procurement market. The volume of state purchases in the Russian Federation in 2019 increased by 15%, to 9.6 trillion rubles, which indicates high growth rates and great opportunities for small businesses. In addition, the public procurement market remains stable in the time of a crisis and pandemic. The main goal of this work is to develop a successful strategy for a small enterprise to enter the public procurement market using the example of the furniture company Millennium. The first chapter of the work is devoted to the study of the theoretical aspects of the public procurement market. The second chapter contains an analysis of the market, the company "Millennium" and an analysis of the furniture market for public procurement. The third chapter describes the results of a qualitative study - an interview, which turn into specific practical recommendations. The results of the study can be used by real companies operating in the market and wanting to expand the market for their products.
