Formation of an Enterprise Development Strategy in a Competitive Merket

In this paper we consider the development strategy of the enterprise and the process of its formation on the example of media holding LLC RDR. Theoretical materials on this topic were studied, as well as a strategic analysis of the company and formed a strategic plan for the development of the company with a detailed description of measures for its implementation.
