Development of a Complex of Measures for the Implementation of Innovations in the Educational Organization

Innovation in education is one of the most important and controversial topics for research by modern Russian and foreign scientists. The role of change in this area of activity is as high as in any other business. The main goal of this research is to formulate a set of measures and measures on the basis of which a commercial educational organization can start implementing innovations in its activities. The theoretical research is based on information obtained from scientific literature, existing experience of the organization, observations, as well as interviews with senior and middle management of the company. In addition, the analysis of the company's strengths and weaknesses, the analysis of the organization's competitiveness based on the SWOT method, as well as the Express method of evaluating the effectiveness of innovations is carried out.
