Pre-contractual Relations under the Legislation of the Russian Federation

The paper considers pre-contractual relations in accordance with the norms of the legislation of the Russian Federation. The work raises issues of the concept of pre-contractual relations, their subjects, object and content. The types of pre-contractual contacts and pre-contractual liability are analyzed. The study is to identify existing problems in the field of pre-contractual relations, with a comprehensive analysis of doctrine, legislation and judicial practice.
