Corporate Conflict in a Limited Liability Company

The paper considers various approaches to the concept of corporate conflict in a limited liability company given in legislative acts, doctrine and judicial practice. In addition, the author's understanding of the concept under consideration is presented. Moreover, the classifications of corporate conflicts in the limited liability company, the structure of the conflict are also analyzed, its main elements and stages of development are highlighted. In the second chapter, non-judicial and judicial methods of solving the corporate conflicts in a limited liability company were studied, each of them was analyzed and an assessment of their effectiveness from the point of view of the activities of limited liability companies was presented.
