Franchising as a Way of Business Growth (on the Example of LLC United Credit Depart Ment)

Franchising is one of the most modern, exciting and most importantly effective models for scaling and developing a business. Dozens of large companies work on this system, since it is precisely this system that ensures the explosive growth of the enterprise. With the help of franchising, companies with 3-4 successfully operating branches can scale up to 30 or more offices in a year, depending on the elaboration of the franchise concept.      For this reason, the company “Unified Credit Department” LLC decided to fulfill its goal of opening an office in each region of our vast country through a franchise model of relations. The author of the article, realizing the desire of the owner of the company to develop a franchise, took charge of developing a franchise offer and developed the concept of a company franchise. Moreover, having studied all the company's business processes at the molecular level, the author prepared a complete franchise package of documents for subsequent transfer to the franchisee.
