Legal Mechanisms Of Restoring A Debtor's Solvency In Case Of Insolvency (Bakruptcy)

In this research, the author explored the current mechanisms for restoring the solvency of the debtor in Russia and abroad. The authors identified mistakes in the current bankruptcy law in Russia and suggested improvement options. The author also suggests considering various approaches to bankruptcy proceedings in the framework of one procedure.
