The purpose of this work is to invent system which will smooth digitalization in slow changing spheres with lots of bureaucracy. This service firstly will be useful for people who are familiar with technologies and don’t really like paper routine. Also, this service will help people who are not really close with technologies and introduces them with biometrics technologies
