HR Brand Success Factors in Global Environments

The research is focused on the analysis of HR brand success factors in the global environments. The thesis evaluates the relationship of external and internal factors and their impact on the success of HR brand. Based on the theoretical material, the HR brand model has been developed, which is an instrument for the research analysis. The research was conducted among HR brands of global IT companies according to the factors proposed in the model. The master thesis contains recommendations for the future theoretical research, and implications for research and practical purposes.
